Tyler (they/them) is a queer trans non-binary settler whose ancestors come from Sicily, Ireland, the Maghreb, the Aegean islands, Malta and the Levant. They are a Transformational and Restorative Justice facilitator, anti-violence advocate and somatic abolitionist. They walk in this world supported by their loving partner Niizhoo and their dog Javi. tyler comes to anti-violence and justice work with a deep understanding of trauma and systemic oppression, always naming the conditions people find themselves trying to survive-  settler colonialism and racialized capitalism. They come to this work as someone who has both caused and experienced harm and violence. And are committed to helping the collective remember how to hold harm differently.
