About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of a mission-driven organization working at the intersection of justice, trauma, and systems change. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable executing marketing plans while also supporting sales and partnership outreach.

This position requires formal education or a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms (email, social media, website)

  • Assist with promotion of events, trainings, and thought leadership content

  • Support sales efforts, including sponsorship outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and track performance metrics

  • Draft marketing copy, promotional materials, and basic sales collateral

  • Maintain CRM or contact databases and support lead tracking

  • Collaborate closely with leadership on growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Degree or formal education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (required)

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or growth roles (events, education, or professional services is an asset)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Values-aligned, with an interest in justice, trauma-informed work, or social impact

  • Based in or near the Lower Mainland preferred (occasional in-person meetings may be requested)

We are hiring an Operations & Growth Coordinator to help bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to a growing body of work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, organization, and supporting big-picture ideas with strong execution. You will play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly while supporting growth initiatives behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations, systems, and workflows

  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and internal projects

  • Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and coordination

  • Maintain documentation, templates, and internal processes

  • Support growth initiatives by tracking progress and identifying gaps

  • Liaise with contractors, collaborators, or partners as needed

  • Anticipate operational needs and propose solutions

  • Provide direction, support and oversight to a small but mighty team of contractors

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities

  • Strong communication and follow-through

  • Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Zoom, basic project management tools)

  • Supervisory experience or team lead experience is necessary

  • Alignment with trauma-informed, justice-oriented values

  • Lower Mainland–based candidates preferred
