Roxanna Sabir

Raised in the Fraser Valley, Roxanna (she/her) is proud to open her practice in historic Downtown Abbotsford, serving the community that has shaped her as a legal practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Geography from the University of the Fraser Valley and completed her LLB (Honours) in International Human Rights Law at the University of Leicester in 2016. Her honours research examined the commonalities between early security and torture laws enacted during the Irish “Troubles” and post-9/11 security legislation.

Called to the bar in January 2020, Roxanna practices in Family and Immigration Law, with a focus on improving access to justice through unbundled and flat-fee legal services. Her immigration practice centers on permanent residence and refugee applications, where she is committed to providing practical, client-focused solutions.

In addition to her legal practice, Roxanna works as a business coach to lawyers transitioning from large firms to opening and growing their own practices. She brings a values-driven, strategic approach to helping lawyers build sustainable and fulfilling careers.

Outside of her professional work, Roxanna enjoys spending time with her family, hiking her favourite local trails, and sharing her passion for traditional fiddle music.
