At Justice as Trauma 2025, one word stood out: hope. Participants found a space of genuine hope amid pain and injustice, fueling resilience and change. Inspired by this, Justice as Trauma 2026 will focus on “Radical Hope” as a response and practice. We especially encourage 2SQTBIPOC to apply though applications from all individuals are welcome. Ideal candidates have practices rooted in anti-oppression values and experience providing support, advocacy, or services, such as but not limited to: legal and justice professionals, organizational leaders, neuroscience experts, administrators, therapists, educators, Indigenous Knowledge Keepers, wellness practitioners, activists and advocates, etc.
