Fernanda Guerra

Fernanda Guerra Machado (she/her) is a lawyer with over 25 years of experience, currently pursuing a master’s degree in Fundamental Rights and Emerging Legal Frameworks at Estácio de Sá University. She is also a pioneer in Latin America as the first professional certified in Conscious Contracts®. She specializes in mediation, dialogue facilitation, and Plain Language. Fernanda combines legal security and creativity to foster more human, clear, and effective contractual relationships. She is the founder of Casa 20 and the law firm Fernanda Guerra Advocacia. A guest teacher at the School of Magistracy of the State of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ) and the Instituto Mediare, she is also a co-author of the books “Trauma-Informed Law: A Primer for Practicing Lawyers and a Pathway for Resilience and Healing” (2023), “Direito e Transformação Social” (2023), and “Manual de Justiça Multiportas” (2024).
