Tere (he/him) is the Chairperson of Hei Tatau Pounamu, a tikanga‑based restorative justice trust in Auckland. Of Ngāti Manu and Ngāti Hine descent, he brings deep cultural knowledge to his role overseeing the use of tikanga in post‑sentence restorative processes.
