Roshell Amezcua
Roshell (she/her) is director of the Juvenile Justice Clinic at Loyola, where students represent youth in Los Angeles County courts. She supervises clinical students in trial and appellate work and collaborates with related clinics focusing on youth justice and fair sentencing.
Before returning to Loyola, Roshell was a supervising attorney at The Bronx Defenders, overseeing law students and attorneys while representing low-income clients in criminal and family defense cases. She has also worked at public defender offices in Los Angeles and Orange County and is a sought-after speaker on juvenile and family law.
