Maria Parker (she/her) is a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, IFS therapist and mental health nurse with a background in acute psychiatry, emergency care, and organisational consultancy.

She works alongside leaders and frontline staff across justice, tech, healthcare, and education teaching about trauma, nervous system intelligence and healing. With warmth, humour, creativity and a grounding in trauma integrated care, Maria supports people to lead from within and reconnect with what truly matters. She is a fierce advocate for those whose voices have been quieted and holds a deep, unwavering belief in the potential of the human spirit, especially when we come together to learn, heal, and grow side by side.
